Not worth the price of the influence they will want to wield at this stage IMO. Better to go to existing holders (only) who know the value and are for the most part incredibly supportive (see@mode1971's previous posts around t20 and tight hands for many of us).

Peter doesn't follow the crowd and we know this for certain with previous raises, the Noosa presentation and the last few months where I am sure he has been wanting to bring things to the market sooner, but wants to ensure its right per his previous messaging around the whole picture so far. So why should he follow the crowd when it comes to funding.

FWIW $6m is only 200 holders @ $30k each so a little more complex to give everyone on the registry a crack suitable to their appetite.... Should be able to manage through the registry with Carlos providing guidance and save on commissions. If you want more chuck in a bonus option and away it would go. Theres large caps who manage holder money much worse IMV.
