It certainly sounded like it, if they've submitted the mine plan for Ministerial approval and we are a couple of weeks away from the next milestones.
I like the bit about how it was his first time to the Noosa conference and the share price went up 10%, so he'll have to come more often. I think getting the word out should be a must.
