Nothing new that is "concrete" from PD's presentation this morning.
Mentioned the hope / expectation that he might be able to say more, but until signatures are on paper.....
The ONE takeaway for mine from his presentation was this quote: "I am very confident of a successful outcome"
This comment to me suggests they are really close - to say you are "very confident" suggests that something has been agreed in principle (hence cannot be announced yet) and there are likely versions of transaction documents in circulation between STM and the counterparts.
