“Demonstration plant construction and commissioning was completed during the quarter .”

So let me see if I’ve got this right.

At first, wet and dry commissioning was “completed” on or before the 30th SEPT 2022.

Yet your quote above states:

”…the wet and dry commissioning process took place during September and October .

I strongly suspect, commissioning is incomplete, and is being carried out on the run.

Hence 3-4 months, to produce what should take 0.75 of a month (please see sqe’s post).
