Assume a kg of product is about a 1 litre

2500t = 2500000 litres of product in 3-4 months

3000 mg x 2500000 = 7500000000 mg ( 7500 kg) of Lithium

Conversion of Lithium to Lithium Carbonate is 5.323

Lithium Carbonate = 5.323 x 7500 = 39922 kg (39.92 t) in 3-4 months.

Demo Plant DLE Process Product Output Per Annum = 12/3.5 x 39.92t = 136.8 tpa ( without considering losses post DLE)

Perhaps there’s 10% losses post DLE product to Lithium Carbonate.

0.9 x 136.8 tpa = 123.1 tpa Lithium Carbonate

IMHO to achieve DFS target of 25500 tpa of Lithium Carbonate the DFS plant would need 25500/123.1 = 207

207 Demonstration Plant DLE Processors to achieve 25500 tpa.

Or

406 Demonstration Plant DLE Processors to achieve 50000 tpa.
