The communist party big annual meeting that sets the agenda for the next year starts May 22. This meeting has been delayed from earlier date dues to COVID.
PC has indicated that a powerful and well funded network of chinese state funded enterprises (e.g. strategic partner, loan institution, miner construction contractor) are about to throw there full weight behind TON.
I suspect they need to wait for this meeting to conclude....then it will take a week or two....and then everything being all good there will be a game changing announcement.
