Bit 225 could be an important step which should be explored. As for reducing viral loads -cART is gold standard as one can’t use mono therapy even if BIT 225 would have lowered viral load.... risk of resistance would be too high with single drug regimen.
BIT 225 could be added ( if proven worthy) to cART.
