They converted their options and sold them straight away. These guys aren't rich so fair enough they would sell to cover the costs of buying. I had to sell other stock to top up my BIT holding. 

There is an argument of why not wait to convert until the price climbs again. But time is short to comvert them and as directors they might not be able to sell this week or next due to AGM and the US presentation. If I was in their shoes I would do the same rather than letting options expire and getting nothing.

Also important to note they didn't sell existing stock and they are sat on a fair few shares.
