Agree that we should start to see this break beyond the current SP.
Rate increases have been ongoing now for a few years. Surprised not to see the attritional loss ratio drop.
Increase in IBNR, Is this a new CEO sandbagging the results to stash away for the future. Have not seen the POA yet in order to determine if this has gone north with the increased IBNR which would indicate sandbagging.
Big negative is that we seen expenses increase. Although the ratio has dropped due to the additional writings we really should see the expenses in dollar terms rise so fast given they had been spending so much money on reengineering the business over the last few years.
The other potential upside is increased interest rates globally. Do the maths on a 1% increase in yield on 30 billion in funds
