Simple answer YES Do some research. The Guinean and Liberian Govts even have joint legislated agreements on multi use not only for iron ore but also for agriculture and other uses to open up both countries. Parts of the road quite good other parts impassable in the wet but working on that -that's the simple solution for south -east Guinea as MIN are doing in the Pilbara with super quads -we don't need grand vision rail -do it the WA way. What happens in 25 years anybody's guess.
