If all else fails in your "extensive" research, have a look into RIO itself and the Simandou Project. Theres are videos, you name it, outlining the railway and transportation project. As mentioned on here, the railway line will be also used to open up agriculture etc. The port has plans for a 3 or 4 stage development. And just today, Mr Flannagan makes mention the railway is planned to be completed by end 2025. Oh i could find a link somewhere but i cant be bothered
