Why would rio build a railway then hand it over to the government and allow competitors to use it from day 1
it does not make sense.
Hency why i think there will be some period of time where it will be EXCLUSIVELY used by the rio group
i still have not seen one shred of a link ? it should be easy information just 1 simple link will shut me up
