Hmm ok some r critical of the nhc buy back but the same critics also want their higher div allocation.?
I'm greedy like all but nhc paid .70 cents FF fy 23 even i find it hard to be greedy.
So going by my maths it make sense to buy back shares on market in prefernce to paying the high dividends many posters want well about interest rates. ?
ps normally i believe buy backs means lazy management but i'm happy to follow nhc management baaa baaa.
ps as other posters have suggested na3 starts soon
