To be fair, anyone who's looked at their presentation knows when they say coking, they mean semi soft.
Anyone who is trying to convince you they're selling PHCC is having you on. I mean I'm not a geo and it was obvious to me that it couldn't be PHCC - not even SHCC for that matter.
That said, I still like it as part of the portfolio. Although I may not like it if NHC overpay for a bigger interest.
