I believe i'm correct ,read a headline glencore /yancoal walked away from a very very large coal project in the hunter valley due to lack of support from DH banks and i didn't read article because it doesn't effect NHC directly but i guess they also had no confidence in ongoing red tape. So strange ,if such a project was developed it would lower global emissions as per BHP's comments as well as increase supply resulting in lower energy inflation globally. I guess this is good for NHC supply/demand going forward especially as global emissions stds introduced. Not to mention it would have increased Australian govt revenue,I can't see any downside just upside revenue wise and environmentally. Weird Australian woke govt thinking.
