have held this shell for so long. and with a register like it had (and I always regarded it as a Cygnet shell, rightly or wrongly), they were always going to wait to put in a top shelf project or nothing at all.
Pity I sold a fair whack of my parcel along the way to mitigate opportunity cost, but CGT premium has passed on core holding, and looks very good. Worth waiting to see this progress.
