And nothing to offer DCN ,exept highway robbery. 100 million for an operation worth 500 million , as a DCN holder I would prefer a direct merger with SBM ,at least DCN can offer a young 3 MTPA MILL and a low grade resource of over 2 million ounces. As it stands DCN holders are being shafted by the board of directors.
