I'm a GMD holder and it's got me thinking lately about GMD merger into SBM.

hear me out w/ multiple options;

GMD (and throw DCN in...) assets to bolster SBM current Leonora holdings

CJ to head up OS operations as it sounds like from todays audio cast he's been spending plenty of time in Novia Scotia (or they are listed under another banner or sold off)
RF to focus on Leonora consolidation in the MD role.

A new SBM born as such, bringing a wealth of knowledge across and join what already is a well known brand in SBM. Genesis rid's itself of the new 'upstart' & 'exploration' tag and it would also avoid any potential hostile mergers should it go the other way.

I have a sneaky feeling RF would be thrilled to be under the St Barbara banner, SBM have solid established foundations that can only be built on more from here.
I would have no issue in being under the SBM banner.

SBM also have a cash stockpile (as do Genesis but not as much) to deploy on fine tuning existing operations and getting other assets of the ground.

I don't know if I'm mad, but in my head it makes sense. (I could add more but I'm getting grief from the other half for having my head buried in the phone!)
