Yep. LRS Phase 1 will cost $400M AUD. Not bad for that level of production, 500kt. That could go up a bit with flow sheet changes initiated by PLS IP, but that would only improve the metrics. So for approx' $1B, PLS get a Tier 1 producing asset, sequenced to come online at their discretion.
