I guess you are coming from productivity point of view in how long it takes to get things done and probably how difficult also, Canada is definitely slow compared to Brazil, put VMM up against LLI, and they are running rings around them, but that doesn't mean Canada doesn't have any good projects, there are some great projects in Canada particularly in the lithium space, back to Brazil perhaps another thing PLS could look at are IAC REE projects in Brazil, if they want to diversify into that space later. But of course take one step at a time.
Lithium will come back, it's just a matter of when, I am not really bullish on EVs though, hybrids and ICE will continue being part of the mix for longer than some think. But Lithium prices can't stay this cheap forever.
PLS seems like the only ASX lithium stock i would consider safe right now.
