Actually id go a little further than offtakes, they just completed a process dealing with in the region of 70 interested parties for our 2nd hydroxide JV before settling on Ganfeng. I have a feeling a 3rd JV in North America will emerge using spodumene from the LRS asset. Especially having read that Dale had been running the rule over LRS for the last 6 months, plenty of time to sound out the companies that lost out to Ganfeng
