While Bill might be a great Chairman I think he needs to do some work about his presentation style! He looked sloppy with his shirt and tie undone for a start. Why does he talk with his eyes closed? I had some trouble understanding him as he tended to speak quickly. I can't really criticise as I"m a hopeless public speaker - but then again I'm not the Chairman of a company. I think Peter WRIGHT is a better presenter so get him in front of the people. Just my thoughts.
