Its neither here nor there in terms of instant shareholder value however the agreement for further store growth is exclusive to CFE seems good for future growth, the one thing i can’t work out is what the substantial amount for goodwil is for..
I also wonder what the 15 cents per share in profit has been used for?? Suppose we will have to wait till the full year results are produced, maybe another acquisition will be anounced before then
