I hope the new COO does not feel the need to make too many radical changes. I have seen other businesses where new managers feel the need to leave their mark on the company by doing something they feel is spectacular. The only thing I want a manager to do is transfer funds from the customer's pocket to ours as efficiently as possible. Figure out the basics, do them well and just keep doing it.
