Sad to see SLR inability to use their cash and profitability even when gold is at all time highs.
They could have bought 5 explorers/developers but lost every single one to either Ramelius or Genesis, then they organise this merger so director can cash options upfront.
This merger is really the acceptance of their bad management and a slap on SLR shareholders. What a joke LUKE.
