The lower it goes, the more likely people are to vote "Yes", I think.
If they go to $1.00, with RED at $0.315, there is 9% upside to voting "Yes".
The lower is goes and if RED manages to stay the same price, there should be a massive influx of people ro make a quick buck.
The bigger the gap becomes between the two though, the more likely there would be for a dump after any merger. This is worrying.
