I strongly agree with you. Think back to a gold stock called Egan Street Resources Limited, which was taken over by SLR. I vividly recall the Shareholders of EGA strenuously refusing the deal made by Tonkin`s initial offer for EGA. Hence us SLR Shareholders should do the same and NOT settle for pittance. At the end of the day, I can`t tell other SLR Shareholders what to do, however I would encourage all to at least consider SLR Management to put a much better offer on the table.
