The truth is, share holders usually get the crumbs or at least someone does in any merger. l own a significant number of Red5 shares and think this merger will be good for both companies. Having a merged entity that is debt free and producing in the vicinity of 500,000 ounces of gold annually is a great position to be in. The cash build will be enormous and by extension, open further expansion opportunities not currently available to either company individually. Unless your a day trader or investor with very short time lines, l think enormous value will be unlocked when both companies unite. The yet to be determined SP will crystalise a base case valuation, which lm sure will grow substantially to the benefit of all share holders. Provided of course, the new entity is run well.
