All by design, SLR buys 400 million shares of RED5 ,financial bailout, RED 5 takes over SLR creating 3.2 billion shares.
Does that mean RED 5 NOW IS APPROACHING 6 BILLION SHARES.
In my experience once this deal is done ,the RED 5 S P will slide. I own a substantial amount of RED 5 , I much would have preferred SLR take over RED5, I can smell BLACKROCK/FINLAYSON collusion somewhere in this deal.
