Dear Baraka,
So you say, because SLR didn't put it's cash to work with aggressive extesional/regional drilling, and merely hoarding cash; management have brought this on themselves? The shareholders are upset that the company hasn't sought to grow reserves and this has resulted in a lowball price attributed in the merger? Is that the sum of it?
