Currently taking an extra trading position in SLR at sub $1.10.
I don't mind the deal, however, when I sold SLR in the high teens, I did not expect to be buying back on news of a merger. The 13% discount today is the sort of thing I like.
I think the deal makes sense and creates scale with postive cash flow based on current POG.
