For mine, a JV will need to be announced no later than early February and Im not overly concerned if it takes that long. I think its coming, and patience is the key for SH’ers. As for the hundreds of millions of dollars to get a mine up and running doesn’t concern me, I would be thinking that a very large player will be snapping this up, just adding to their inventory of projects in their pipeline. Global players understand that long term supplies of all minerals are coming towards a tightening and are thinking of not just the near future. This may be something that is not mined in my lifetime, but will be mined at some point, 10 years 20, who knows. I do know that mining will continue well after my demise.
