It's defintely not semantics.There is a vast difference between a full takeover of the company and a joint venture on one or both projects. Spent 45 minutes talking with the company after the presentation last week and they were very clear. The company do know on what terms they have entered into due diligence with majors. It's to jointly develop one or both projects. That's part of the terms of engagement for discussions/access to dataroom from the interested parties.
