Hi Westcott and Xamtac,

I understand that Bollore is just a service provider, it doesn't mean they can't pay for the rail construction in order to benefit from the mining boom in that area.

So my understanding is that SOE wants to lend us money and charge interest and get bonus shares, while the other company wants to build and charge haulage rate. Is this correct westcott?
