Here is a link to the comments from the Chairman after the 65c indicative offer came to light..unfortunately you need to get through the firewall or be a subscriber to read it all but in Feb Karroll thought his company is worth north of a $1 a share (so maybe reduce that to 85c with the dilution that followed). How anyone thinks his view will have been downgraded to 53c when WCL has since increased its reserves and production is beyond me.
