They did mention FID 2018/2019 and they can't commit to long lead time items ( FPSO) untill then, so production will at least 2-3 years away from FID. Hopefully nearer 2020 but wouldn't hang my hat on it at this stage...there will be some lessons learned from Jubilee , it was quick to production but has had considerable well issues and also other production problems relating to gas flaring limitations...now rectified I believe...
