Agree.
As I have said before they no longer serve a useful purpose for anyone .... other than a handful of employees.
The lack of any direction is obvious.
They would best serve there long suffering shareholders by selling up and out and returning the value of that equity to the shareholders.
I haven't attempted to calculate what that would be but I am guessing it would be less than the current share price.
