Finance decission already made, so not signed?
Why not sign it and get that out of the way as well?
My only thought on that would be once signed, it starts the payment due process, which may be to early.
I would assume the advanced order of the long term stuff wont require full payment until delivery, so the money requirement for that will not be reqired for a few months. This would give a time window for finance to happen at a later date.
I guess you could put in the terms a defered payment time, but bankers being bankers, it would cost
