    Great presentation.

One thing that jumped out at me when I read the DFS was that a big number in the updated CAPEX cost is capitalised operating cost, which includes some costs which occur after commercial production is achieved.

I couldn't find anything which showed the split between capitalised operating costs which occurred prior to, versus after commercial production is achieved. Has anyone seen this or can shed some light on the likely spilt?

Is this a super conservative way of expressing these costs? Including this is the CAPEX makes the initial $'s required seem higher then necessary (although there is an offset for capitalised revenue).

If we were able to secure the full CAPEX amount based on debt, I suppose this could be a way to ensure we don't need to raise for operating expenses during ramp up and in production prior to receiving monies for sales.

    Any thoughts on this?

    Thanks all.
