Deeply close to giving you a great analysis tick bererkwarrior for that last missive, but I disagree on one part of it.. outloook. Personally to me it looks as obvious as anything that pricing pressure will be upward on reserves. Vastly so. Gas led recovery etc etc, huge investment coming throughout the NT on gas. I feel if we go ahead with this we’re selling a great asset to pay down debt at record low interest rates at the base of a potentially exponential growth in the underlying asset value.
We’d get better value out of renegotiating the debt ala APA’s recent announce.. and then service and wait.
