You seem to be incorrectly linking the late annual report with an inability of management to do their job, which imo above every other little task, is to maximise shareholder wealth. I think the recent signing of offtake agreements with the chinese to generate cash flows over 5 years of over $20m with little capex goes some way to prove that they are in fact doing their job. Also, they've secured up to $5m of funding to develop their "world-class" projects. They are about to commence drilling now the drilling season has started. They are also actively seeking JV partners to progress their projects (as per presentation) which potentially includes the Chinese offtake guys.

But forget all of the above, they didn't lodge their annual report on time!


MTOM put it quite well, management have told us what is happening, now we have to wait for the annual report and see what comes along with / after it.
