How can you call Mark talking about the JV neutral?

1. How he says "progressing on track", there was such a sigh of resignation when he said "on track", To me at any rate, that is not the sound I would make if I was happy about proceedings of one of my science projects.

2. Body language to me, with that shake of the head just before he changed subjects. Cmon. That is not neutrality fellas, that is resigned frustration and acceptance of not getting what he wanted.

I think they are just waiting for him to sign a paper and he doesnt want to. But he will, because if he doesnt then everything falls apart. He is hoping for some kind of intervention but time is short.

On a positive note, in a good compromise both parties should walk away feeling kind of bad about the deal. So, maybe its a fair deal and Mark just hoped or hopes still for more. But yeah, that is not a happy ceo face.
