It was weird. Here's what he said:

"We have a public LOI with LKAB and Mitsui [...] They are looking at joint venturing into the project which obviously has project financing parts to it. And we're also canvassing other parties as well, and we, that LOI expires at the end of next month and all I can say at the moment is that discussions are progressing on track as we've previously said and we can't change anything about that at the moment. Uh, *shakes head* so I better go on."

What does he mean with "can't change anything about that at the moment"? I hope he's only referring to the fact that he cannot say more about it currently...
