The LOI is non-exclusive so Talga could be negotiating with other parties noe without having to wait until after 30 Nov. Actual terms likely a bit more nuanced than that, but it is still encouraging that if the LKAB/Mitsui JV falls over, it might not mean starting afresh in December if other discussions have been happening concurrently.
