    Have to look at the reaction to NST/SAR as a guide. I don’t see any downside. At worst no change.

    This merger seems a pretty hand to glove fit. Unlocks the value of NTM’s resource and de-risks Mt Morgans all with plenty of exploration potential. Win-win.
