I must admit that I was becoming very concerned about funding as we neared the end of June and
when I saw the trading halt immediately thought that the Banks had pulled the rug again.

Well, that can never happen now.

0% margins on LGES and 1.5% margin on Ford -In.

The option to replace debt with equity- In.
LG Energy Solution –Liontown Downstream Joint Venture- In
Long term offtake agreement- In
Friends -IN, IN, IN.
