This looks like a really good deal for LTR.
I would suggest the bank debt was going to be a noose, so this will provide more flexibility.
The negative is that LTR just gave up another 8% of the company to do it and will still pay interest at about 5.3% on the $250mil USD to do it.
Still think its a net positive.
Share price should react OK is my initial thought, but lithium sentiment is smashed today, so who knows.
