Maybe if you listened to the call you would have heard that the debt facility was still available and they could have gone ahead IF Liontown chose to. Management aren't amateur's and put together this deal which is far superior and CHOSE to go with LG deal. It was all in liontowns court. No CR. This was shorters last chance to get out. Sucked in losers. Where is 277 million shares coming from for shorters to buy?? No capitulation.
