The regulators could then also argue that chemo might worsens the efficacy of oncosil...I know one is proven and one is not...are there many patients who for go chemo due to the side effects but would be willing to try oncosil...probably but this trial doesn't allow this. Are these people oncosil could help after CE...what will this data look like

I think in the right hands given to the right patients at the right time oncosil can make a significant difference. I think it will take at least a few years of clinical use to establish how and when to best use it. Perhaps additional implants for responders will prove to be helpful. Perhaps oncosil 1 month before or after chemo will be more effective....It won't be a magic bullet but I think it will end up playing a part just like sirtex treatment.
