3 patients have undergone surgical resection, lets wait to see for the other 3 who are being assessed and lets see how those that undergo surgery actually fare in terms of surgical margins, complications and progression free survival.
if 4 have had a PR thats great, but i guess i want to know what the effect of that PR is on pain / qol scores and how durable that response is over time.
if there is no difference in median PFS or median pain scores compared to historical chemo cohorts, im not 100% sure short term radiologic partial volume reduction will be enough.
why arent the osl team announcing qol results/ pain scores at 16 weeks? is it due to inadequate numbers who have reached this point?
i will say again that i think this is potentially a great product, im just hesitant to put money into it at this moment in time myself but i agree the risk reward tradeoff is a personal one and depends on how patient you are willing to be and whether you have any other companies in which you would rather be invested at this point in time, the opportunity-cost.
